Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Fair Fab Creative, the operator of Fair Fab Universe. By creating an account, buying credits or a subscription, generating an asset, or entering the Creative Challenge, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Billing and AI Content policies.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Fair Fab Universe for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Your account

An account is required to create projects, generate assets and enter the challenge. You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, or when these terms are materially or repeatedly breached.

The service

Fair Fab Universe provides creative-direction tools, project workspaces and AI-assisted text and image generation. Features may evolve, and availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or third-party service issues.

AI outputs are probabilistic. We do not promise that a result will be unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You must review every output before publishing or commercially using it.

Credits, subscriptions and payments

New eligible accounts receive the welcome-credit amount displayed at registration, once only. This offer is currently limited to the first 150 eligible registered accounts. Creating additional accounts does not create another entitlement.

The exact Fair Fab credit cost is displayed before a paid action is confirmed. Credits are a limited licence to use platform features; they are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value.

Monthly subscription credits are replaced at each successful renewal and do not accumulate. Purchased credits are held separately and do not expire while the account remains available. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, and Fair Fab Creative does not store full card details.

Used credits are not refundable. If an eligible generation fails for a technical reason, the platform automatically returns the credits reserved for that action. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Full details appear in the Billing & Cancellation Policy.

Your inputs and generated content

You keep the rights you already hold in prompts, briefs, text and reference files you submit. You confirm that you have all permissions needed to upload and process them, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy and likeness.

You grant Fair Fab Creative the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure and improve the service, provide requested support, and meet legal obligations.

Generated assets may be processed by third-party AI providers and may resemble other material. Your ability to use an output is subject to applicable law, these terms and the relevant provider terms. Fair Fab Creative does not transfer third-party rights or guarantee exclusivity. See the AI Content Policy before commercial use.

15-Day Creative Challenge

The Fair Fab 15-Day Creative Challenge runs from 20 September 2026 at 00:00 UTC through 4 October 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. The live countdown and challenge record determine whether submissions are open. Entries received before opening or after closing are rejected.

Entry is free and limited to one eligible Fair Fab Universe-generated creation per account. The entrant must own or control all submitted inputs and comply with these terms. Duplicate, fraudulent, infringing or otherwise ineligible entries may be removed. Sharing is optional and does not affect judging.

Eligible entries may be reviewed manually and appear in the public gallery only after approval. By submitting, you permit Fair Fab Creative to display the entry, your chosen public creator name and its challenge context in the gallery and in reasonable communications about this challenge, while you retain your underlying rights.

One winner is selected manually by Fair Fab Creative based on originality, creative direction and visual impact. The decision is final except where applicable law requires otherwise. The prize is 500 Fair Fab credits, credited once to the winner's account through the audited credit ledger; it is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be awarded twice for the same challenge.

Fair Fab Creative may pause, extend, cancel or amend the challenge where fraud, a security incident, service failure or circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent fair operation. Any material update will be shown on the challenge page and will not remove an already-awarded prize.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create, upload or distribute unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, defamatory or exploitative content; sexual content involving minors; content that violates another person's intellectual-property, privacy or likeness rights; malware; or material intended to facilitate fraud or harm.

You must not bypass security or credit controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer restricted parts, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, or use generated content to mislead people about its origin where disclosure is required by law.

Termination and your data

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Ending an account does not create a refund for used credits or an elapsed subscription period, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, unlawful conduct, non-payment or a material security risk. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice. Data handling and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fair Fab Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made using AI output.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Fair Fab Creative's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes mandatory consumer protections.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, security or business practices. The updated date will be shown here. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory rights or courts available to consumers in their country of residence.
