AI Content & Commercial Use Policy

How assets are produced

Your brief, Visual DNA and prompts are sent to an AI provider that returns an image or text. Results are stored in your project library.

Commercial use

Subject to these terms and the provider's terms, you may use the assets you generate for album and book covers, social media, advertising, merchandise, branding and commercial campaigns.

We do not claim ownership of your generated assets and we do not restrict their commercial use by plan.

What we cannot guarantee

We cannot guarantee copyright ownership of AI-generated output. In several countries, material produced without sufficient human authorship may not be protected by copyright, and similar outputs can be generated by other users.

For work where exclusivity and clear ownership matter, such as a flagship release or a registered trademark, commission original artwork from Fair Fab Creative through the studio page.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking that what you publish does not infringe someone's rights, likeness or trademark, and for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish on, including their AI disclosure requirements.

Do not upload reference images you do not have the right to use.
