Billing & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Creator is $25 per month and Pro is $59 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.

Your monthly credits are added at each successful payment and replace the previous monthly balance. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-off purchases of 50, 150 or 500 credits. Purchased credits are kept separately from monthly credits and do not expire or disappear at renewal.

When you generate something, monthly credits are used first, then purchased credits.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your monthly credits remain usable until that date.

After cancellation, purchased credits stay in your account and your projects stay in your library.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically. No new monthly credits are added until a payment succeeds.

Refunds

Credits already used are not refundable. If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. For any billing issue, contact us through the contact page.
